What if I flare mid-session?
Every Pace session has a built-in pause protocol. The moment something feels wrong — joint heat, sudden fatigue, that specific heaviness that lupus patients know — you stop. The program picks back up from that exact point when you're ready.
Our adaptive modification library covers 40+ movements. Each has a seated version, a supine version, and a “just breathe” version. No session ends in failure. Every session ends on your terms.

Will this make my joint pain worse?
Every movement in Pace was reviewed by a rheumatology-informed physiotherapist. High-impact loading, repetitive percussion, and end-range joint stress are absent by design — not as an afterthought.
Among members who tracked their inflammation markers, 68% reported reduced perceived joint stiffness after six weeks. The chart below shows average self-reported pain scores before and after program entry.

How do I know which session to start with?
You don't have to guess. When you book, you answer one question: where are you today? No flare, mild, or moderate. That answer routes you to the right intensity automatically — no decision fatigue required.
On no-flare days you might do 30 minutes of gentle resistance. On moderate days the same slot becomes 12 minutes of breath-led movement. Same schedule. Different session. Your body decides; Pace delivers.
